Y'all ever thought maybe he wrecked the car got upset about it and then went got something to drink and came and sit back in his car while he waited for the tow truck, where is the evidence that he ever drove that car, where are the tire pieces, you would have thought someone would have seen him wreck that nice car, cops don't do anything at Uvalde when there's the actual emergency but will arrest somebody for a DUI when they not even driving pigs are really garbage

depending on the state, you can get a dui if you are under the influence, sitting in the driver’s seat, and the keys are on your person, in the front area of the car, or in the ignition regardless of whether it’s turned on. if you need a nap then it might be better to sleep in the passenger seat or in the back seat and put your keys in the back area.
