So if they got the "criminal evidence" from the raid, why is Trump still free? To get a search warrant, any law enforcement needs to prove evidence of crimes to the judge that issues the search warrant. So evidence of a crime comes with arrest. With no arrest this warrant does not make any sense other than political motivation.
