Obama issued a order making the “creator” of ALL documents the ability to declassify ANY documents. He’s allowed to be in possession because he’s declassified all the documents. This action was done purely to discredit Trump with the “possibility” of criminal action. They ultimately have nothing. Trump was also cooperating so the only reason for this was to discredit and embarrass the President.
