If God is all powerful, then I'm sure he can take issue with this man himself if he so wishes. A religion (or a sect of a religion) that condones violence and murder is no religion and isn't worthy of belief. There are many good Islamic scholars who recognize this, but also quite a few illiterate wicked ones who do not.
