Once they get a badge and a gun these kind of people can't wait to bully and oppress civilians. Never trust a cop to do the right thing. Police reform has to happen immediately. People are very quick to judge, but I have yet to see footage of this from the beginning. I read an article about it, but I'd sure like to see for myself what happened before he took the kid down. Not saying that this officer isn't guilty and it wouldn't surprise me at all if he was, but this video doesn't give enough info.

Yeah a big man kneeling on small boy to restrain him is unnecessary and not right. This coward cop needs to go. He tarnishes the reputation of good police officers.
You cannot use someone of theft unless you personally witness them do it or you have them on video committing the crime. Making this kind of a mistake will cost him big. And honestly for bicycle how much is the bike worth couple hundred bucks.
