It rains all the time in the NE. In 2018, in PA, we received over 72inches of rain between June and October. It devastated so much property.
Just because it isn’t raining 3-4 days a week as it usually does around here, doesn’t mean there is a “drought”.
We could go another few years without that kind of rain and be just fine.
It’s about time people in the NE get to enjoy a dry summer rather than have their vacation plans constantly rained on.

They didn't do a very good job and got greedy and want to convince you that somehow it is your fault and not theirs. This drought was fueled by greedy businessmen and is an example of climate change.

I live in this area and it's been a really quiet summer in my neighborhood. I haven't the sound of many lawn mowers running this year. Heck, I've only mowed about five times since Memorial Day, and 75% of my lawn isn't worth mowing. But comes with a blessing, I haven't been bit by any mosquitoes in months.
