Officials believe they found a missing California teen’s body in a vehicle that was submerged in a lake. 16-year-old Kiely Rodni had last been seen on Aug. 6, at a party with other teens near Prosser Family Campground.

AWP located the car not law enforcement. Why can't they just give the credit to the ones who found her and be happy that they have more knowledge than any law enforcement agencies when it comes to recovery.
Why don't they know for sure? Didn't she have a driver's license on her?
Love how they have zero problem taking credit for the work of others. The way these cops were completely shown up by a private group is embarrassing. Perhaps a long look should be had at the methods and practices of our law enforcement agencies when investigating certain situations. I'm aware it must sting to be outshined as they have. However, a bit of grace and gratitude would have made them look so much better to the public.

Wrong!!! Adventures with Purpose found the car and the body. Not the police. Volunteers who do this all over the country made this break-through because they received so many requests from people who follow their work. AWP is closing missing persons cases all over the country, and they deserve our praise and our thanks.
It reminds me of how a missionary John Chau went to a beach in North Sentinel Island completely sober and unarmed. If his body is found lying on the beach people would say that deserved to die. Yet when this woman is found on the beach that is not the case.

Yes. They're pressing police to investigate the parents and friends of hers! Finally AWP stepping up to find out the REAL truth. Its never ok to feel sorry for underaged drinking, and drug users. The family let her go to parties to do just that. Her friends seen her last. Kinda messed up everyone feeling bad for druggies! AWP will continue until the parents and friends are locked up!
