It's exactly represents the law enforcement community. The entire department needs to be under intense scrutiny know this are seasoned officers I'd be doubting this is the first time they've done something like this and it shows a general assumption that this is how their department operates. Where's the chest cams with audio running the entire time they are on shift. There's no reason this can't be done and should be with the amount of people who have been brutalized. I went to the N Mex. recruiting classes after spending 1 week I decided it wasn't for me I spent 20 years in the Air Force. Some of candidates their were not professional they were seeking power and the ability to use their badge to extort and benefit from it. Our nation have a secret society in policing its sad. 5 family members told me years ago never to follow the footsteps many have. When you find numerous family members have entered the law enforcement agencies its goes beyond serving the community. Not all but many are thugs and rapist, & drug dealers wearing a uniform. N. Mex. have prosecuted a few. A concern Veteran.

Well, I guess people are going to keep doing this to our Police Officers until our Police Officers start getting rid of Police Chiefs who don't go in front of cameras and tell the world…
He was fighting our Officers and when you do that I don't care if our Police Officers tear your head off. Then look right at the camera and tell the entire world… Your parents have to put up with you being a clown and disrespectful, but our Police Officers is not your parents because if they were you would be in a wastepaper basket instead of on the streets robbing and killing people.

I don't think a single officer there was even attempting to place him in cuffs, all three were just throwing punches, knees and head slams… once one of them noticed they were being recorded all three look their attention off the subject to see who was recording…. then and only then did they start "attempting" to place him in cuffs and then and only then did the physical assault stop…

Why aren't they saying the race of the officers and of the person being beaten? Isn't that the standard now, to say the race of the officer(s) and of the person(s) being beaten or wronged in some way?
There is a lot of Videos on Youtube of Arkansas Troopers like Ryan Wingo and others violating peoples rights…Even Captains who should know better.
As a federal Investigation officer in a lieutenant rank at german customs and border patrol, the only thing i can say is that officers like those three and the ones i mentioned before are nothing but a disgrace for all of us who serve the public and their countries.
It seems that the State of Arkansas need a way better System to educate their officers and hold them accountable. No matter what the suspect did before – It's not Germany 80 years ago or russia these days. In a western democracy in 21st Century there is not any reason to beat the hell out of a suspect the way the Video shows.
I hope much more people exercise their constitutional rights and hold them accountable for the crap some of their officers doing.
If they would be my officers i would do everything i can to get them fired and charged with everything thats possible by court.
They are the reason that fewer and fewer people trust us.
