💔💔💔
This is very sad! It didn't have to happened! The owner explanation better be tight!
He should have shot them
Attack and get shot
A loose pack of dogs are going to revert back to one thing. Back to its wolf ancestry. I don't know why of all places (FL) people put up with these dogs for months. One guy admitted to having a gun that he shot at the ground. He should have been shooting the pack months ago. Were authorities contacted months ago? If not why? And if not why didn't they take care of them themselves?
When I was doing community health clinicals we interviewed as many people in our assigned zip code as possible and their #1 barrier to exercise was the stray dogs, they couldn't go outside, couldn't go walking wo being attacked or having to fight off aggressive strays w sticks etc. We found a bunch of excess funds sitting unused to spay and neuter animals and applied for them and now every semester the new community health class nurses put on a spay and neuter clinic as part of the health fair for the community. They say each semester the number of cats and dogs fixed with those funds prevents 5,000 new strays and the stray animal problem in the zip code went way down. They just have to bring a utility bill proving residence in that zip code for free spay or neuter for their animals.
I hope she makes it
The news reporter said this has been going on for months and that there's been several reports and that neighbors for the past few months have been tethered to their homes. Hopefully a lawyer sees this and jumps all over it if that county has animal control animal control in his head is sufficient amount of time to deal with the issue and they have not if they have not used all possible means traps ,euthanasia and baiting then the whole neighborhood community and the family of the postal work there should be able to open a class action lawsuit
Why is the owner not in custody
Why shoot the ground? Shoot the dog
The dogs should be put down and the owner jailed. This happens far too often to far too many good people. Being responsible for your dogs means being held accountable if this happens !
Rural America – a source of many bad things these days.
Another channel said the woman passed away 😞
Pitbulls killed her, 5 of them
Should’ve shot the dogs instead of the ground
@00:49 Take that, ground! Don't know who you're messin' wit!
He said he “shot on the ground.” From the sounds of it, those dogs are loose and attacking. Maybe it’s time to shoot the dogs. That’s called self-defense.
Once they start running together as a pack everyone is screwed.
those dogs should have been reported and dealt with..I hope that postal carrier comes through this …sending a prayer
At least Michael vick had his dogs in cages and on chains….even he knew they were dangerous af
2206 Walker Ave.
u ruining a good video by putting pr*ck Schiff up in ads
If you blow the dog's brain, owner be like:
Why you do that for, he was such a nice dog
To be attacked by one dog is absolutely horrible. I had this happen to me as a kid. Such terror and everything went into slow motion as that dog attacked me. I was so afraid I couldn't get on my bike fast enough and eventually ditched the bike and ran for my life. Everything was in slow mo and the dog grabbed my leg wouldn't let go. He ripped my jeans off of my leg and this dog had been chained to its dog house but somehow it got loose and I did not know that it was loose until I saw it running toward me. As it was attacking me, I was screaming at the top of my lungs. at some point I remember even pulling the dog's jaw off my leg and I remember running as fast as I could and screaming as I ran towards the fire station which was at the corner. It was terrible and my leg was every color under the sun and I had a puncture wound that bled for more than a week or two. To this day in that area of my leg which really has not affected my life, that area is numb so there were destroyed nerves in that bite. The emergency room found pieces of blue jean in the puncture wound. That dog was ferocious. I had learned that it had been abused earlier in its life before that lady that owned it took it. I say that to say this. One dog is ferocious. In my case it was a larger dog that bit me. I can't imagine five dogs attacking somebody. Thank goodness for The neighbors that intervened and didn't turn their head the other way. I pray to God that this postal worker has a speedy recovery and that Almighty God will lay his hand upon them and help them and comfort them and heal their wounds. God help them, in Jesus name I pray this prayer, amen.
I used to read meters for a Gas Company and we were given pepper spray for dogs and we were also taught how to fend off dogs using a metal tool for opening curb meters. We also had the option to skip the yards that were not safe. We could just leave the area if we felt unsafe. I hope the Postal service is giving their employees the tools needed to stay safe since we clearly can't rely on irresponsible pet owners/abandoners.
Being a mail carrier or package delivery service must be such a horrid job. People are so inconsiderate with their animals and even if the animal is nice, not everyone likes pets or can be allergic. Although the ones here are said to be a wild pack? And the neighborhood is scared? Why dosent someone just shoot them or call an animal service? I hope the lady is ok!
Dog owners need to be held responsible
Florida trash
Notice they don’t show us the dogs. “All dogs are equal it’s how you raise them” narrative
Sounds more like a wild pack of dogs not pets.
USPS statements are always so robotic and lack human sympathy
Call the Animal Control in your city.
How did the postal carrier get attacked if he's inside his broken down car???
she died too
I would imprison all those dog owners because most of them have loose screws in the wrong places of their minds//they want to pets own while the act irresponsible about caring
This is a misleading new story…rural carriers in Florida are driving their own vehicles, not mail trucks. A lot of areas don't have cell phone reception. When it's a 100-degrees in Florida, no one sits in a stalled vehicle for long. Companies should provide/train every delivery person with bear spray. It conveniently works for both 4-legged and 2-legged predators.
I'm not scared of dogs I'm scared of the irresponsible idiots that's call themselves pet owners
Pit bulls?
It’s Florida just shoot the dogs.
#banassaultdogs
This is seriously the worst reporting ever who owned the dogs are they being charged with keeping them loose what’s going on there, you provided almost no information.
They assume most dog owners are sane in the head
months long. someone should’ve done something. shoot them, trap them the community failed this worker.
Asking people to be responsible nowadays is like asking ice cream not to melt in the sun.
Bad day broke down. Attacked by pack of homeless dogs. What else could go wrong.
Shot a rifle into the ground? Let me get this straight: Florida has stand your ground laws that let you shoot a PERSON but if a dog pack mauls someone the only response is to shoot dirt? Every single one of those dogs needs to be put down immediately.
STOP THROWING YOUR PETS OUT!!! Neighbors should have shot those dogs. Dogs can overpower most people very quickly… Never trust a wild animal. I hope the postal carrier can recover… What a horrible event…
Should have shot the dogs, this lady didn't make it.
I don't play around with feral dogs, I just take them out. If the owner has issues with that they can come onto my property and catch some too. If the owner can't be responsible then I will remove that responsibility from them. Hopefully these dogs will be put down and the owners given long federal prison sentences.
