This is standard punishments' for most people. This is what I do for a living so I handles dozens of DUI's a Day……Most people get 2 or 3 days jail time which is , in most cases TURNED INTO to do community service. This is standard in the state of Californian

Why did the passenger airbag deploy in Paul’s Porsche? Who was riding with him? Was it the “mystery witness” that was there in the middle of the night that just “took off” according to police?🤔 Why was Paul not wearing his wedding ring? Why was he charged BEFORE the judge saw medical records of the immigrants injuries who Paul crashed into? By filing charges early, they claimed “no injuries” otherwise this would be a FELONY charge and this is NOT Paul’s first DUI! He would be going to prison if they didn’t hand walk this special case like they did. I wonder how the “witness” got home after running off into the open countryside in the middle of the night? Wow….

.08 is right at the limit. And 3 years probation is standard 1st DUI sentencing. He didn’t get off easy. I definitely don’t agree with what he did, but we can’t really say he deserved a worse sentence

1st Time Offenders
$1,400 to $2,600 in fines and penalties
Mandatory 4 days to 6 months jail sentence
Suspension of license from 30 days to 10 months
Some counties require the installation of an Ignition Interlock Device (IID)
actually the initial police report said Paul was tested an hour and 20 min. after the accident.
