No one under the age of 18 should be on any social media app really i am 19 now i can say i am glad i did not use to much of insta or social media at all it is sow damageing mentaly to some one that it is insane. kids and teens today face such a mental health burdern that they dont even now that adout to hit them they are to young to see the damage that will be done to them
I am 19 now i face with a whole slander of mental health prods some that have for ever changed my life and had forever changed how i will live my life i end freindship,jods and jods openings. I have 1 treated thing that i take meds adhd for the rest i had and did not care to treat them because of my adhd or i just stop showing up to threapiset and pshycogist because of my adhd.

Tik tok i only use to learn adout my mental health and sometimes just constirons vids as that my jod and i like constrion but more mental health to learn adout what i have and how to treat it i learned a lot adout my adhd and stuff i did not now was realted to adhd that cleard a lot of questions i had adout it.

And then discord were i join this small stream page that i got to now and its like famaily we talk adout our prods and we give each other hope and help in times we need it.
