Prints mostly left by the Acrocanthosaurus — a theropod that stood 15 feet, weighed 7 tons and roamed the area 113 million years ago — have emerged in recent weeks as the Paluxy River has dried up almost entirely in most parts of Dinosaur Valley State Park in Glen Rose, Texas.

What they aren't mentioning is the fact that there are a man's s Footprints in the same strata near those dinosaur footprints.
Remember… this was around the time Pangia had started separating. What we call Texas today was on the other side of the world with completely different climate (most likely).

Was wondering how they stayed preserved. From a Smithsonian article “All the park’s dinosaur tracks are preserved in limestone, which protects them to some degree, park spokesperson Stephanie Garcia tells the Times. When covered by silt and sediment, the prints are protected, but eventually, officials expect weathering and erosion will destroy them. “

So if dinosaurs were here millions of years ago how is it that the river's bottom is exactly the same after all that time? Wouldn't that water after millions of years erode the river's bottom just like water changes the rock formation of mountains? That's a lot of time right? Millions upon millions of years this earth has been here, yet all of the sudden were experiencing 'earth ending' Climate Change in just a matter of 50 to 100 years?
