What do you mean some pain? and some more pain? I think you should tell exactly what you mean? Most people are trying to balance what bill can they pay, what food they can afford to feed their family. Somebody needs to spell out what we the people can do realistically to face this suffering. We can't say " take two aspirins and call me in the morning"

It seems like we spend a lot of time asking what is allowed of the President because the rules are just not very well spelt out, I am guessing this is also because there was a time where it was considered ugly to even suggest we would have to suggest we would have to say it is not OK to do some of these things. Given that we now know we are past all that, why are we not taking more about making a lot more of these rules written in stone and very easy to understand, or rock solid?
I'm a college grad 40 yrs ago last May 22nd. I had the Pell Grant for my first 2 years and back in the 80's the college was only $1000 a semester to attend, I took a $3000 federal student loan for those last 2 yrs. I didn't realize till the colleges started raising their tuitions that I think it's really tied to the colleges and Universities paying for raising the Profs salaries.

We need to build more public colleges and make them free. In New York people can walk to college or take the subway. This is a foreign concept here in Los Angeles. Public colleges are spread so far apart in Southern California, it can two hours to drive between each public college. For people with no car who live in between these colleges, they have no choice but to go to an expensive private college closer to them.
