The suspect was apprehended safely when taken into custody? The suspect was not black. They usually execute on the spot when black and show their faces all over the camera. Transparency should be consistent. If transparency is consistent
Nationallythe officers would be conditioned to know that hostility is not only associated with blacks. When white criminals shoot, they know in their mind that excessive force won’t be use.
