  1. That’s fucked up

  2. Unfortunately we will always have some racists, the trick here is to do what these people did, and think outside the box, eventually its going to be better….where did this take place?

  3. This is the first time I’ve heard the term white washing. So sad. I’m so sorry that you guys had to go through such an experience.

  4. Class action suit, Protest parent company and local, crowd share.. all kinds of crap can be done.

  5. First off I’m sending my prayers for your health first May you beat the hell out of cancer ass. I also pray that this never happens again. This Compony should be investigated. To see if they have done this to other family’s of color. Then that Compony should be called out for bad behavior. May god watch over this family. AMEN 🙏🏽.

  6. I want to see the black couple's receipts and evidence. The house can't have that much of a significant difference in home appraisal value, because the house is compared its neighboring hoses, historic sale price in the neighborhood, etc.

  7. Wow. Things like this make you so ashamed that our country has not come any further than this.
Please know that there are many non-blacks who support you wholeheartedly! I'm one of them.

Love and prayers and cheers to your bravery and the hassle of a lawsuit in a time of serious health issues. I pray for strength to go through both issues at once. These are the circumstances that make history, and change a country.
Thank you for making a stand.

  8. She using a racist term to describe the experience. She using the term ,"whitewashing". THAT'S RACIST! There's a lot "white " people who would be informed you have to take out all the science fiction books out , all the camouflage out etc. You are racist for saying WHITEWASHING. !!!!!

  9. Systemic racism does exist. When I was buying a home with my husband from the same person that represent our home to sell, mainly all homes the guy was showing us has pictures of the white families still up to show, but I remember him telling us that we had to take down our pictures (Hispanic culture) because it needs people to place themselves in our house. But I remember pointing out why they’re pictures are still up as he was showing us they’re house and reminded him he was pressuring US to take ours down, and he was like “Oh they’ve seem to forgot” so I remember telling my husband to raise our pictures back on the stand and our rep called us saying we left our pictures exposed to him and his buyers as we were out and about, and I remember saying “I forgot”. Sold our home 3X the value because our rep realize the obvious racist mistake he committed and exposed. Being a minority in this country, you have to be a psychologist everywhere and be a stair step ahead of these white people.

  10. That is absolutely disgraceful that it is about race. It should only be the facts the house the condition of the home the proximity to amenities and the neighborhood. The normal facts that everyone else gets judged by. I hope that person faces some sort of disciplinary action up to and including losing their job!!

  11. This is anti white propaganda way way way black people keep crying victim I’m not buying it

  12. White people wake up this is all hocus pocus

  13. But we’ve had a half black president already! There can’t be racism in this country anymore! ( sarcasm).

  14. I wouldn’t value a home more if it had for example black historical stuff in it etc. why because I don’t like blacks I’m not racist but I dislike there stuff like the design behid them is super ugly and gross if you removed that and just replaced it with a generic “white” person art aka whatever a liught house I’d be like oh that’s cool I like that hence value chances

  15. A lot of people don’t like living next to black people I’m one of them

  16. This is sad, and so very hurtful.

  17. Her husband speaks so eloquently 😇 but I wouldn't have refinanced. I just think it's stupid 🙄

  18. I'm glad these racist real estate practices are being exposed to the fullest WHEN they can be! Expose these racist people, then sue the hell out of them!

  19. The racism and discrimination is against Whites ,And right to our faces at that.

  20. We all know it's important to keep White friends 🤣 and I'm taking applications for some

  21. and this is what they call institutionalized oppresion. you can start off life just as good, smart, with just as much potential as anyone else. but small things like this, piling up, slowly push you and your community down and keep you down.

  22. Bull crap lying bunch of idiots

  23. This is a GREAT example to challenge ANY WHITE person that says there's no REAL racism in america!
The REASON I say this is a GREAT example, is BECAUSE this man and his wife don't have the stereotypical phrases attached to them, because this man is a professor at John Hopkins university! you can't get TOO much more clean cut than that, so what OTHER REASON would it be to under appraised the value of this couples house, OTHER than to say it was done BECAUSE of his & her skin color! Then to make it WORSE, when their white colleague "presented" the house to the appraiser, EVERYTHING went
"smoothly" and the house was valued at ALMOST $250,000 more than what it was when the black couple had it appraised! Now how the hell you EXPLAIN that when the SAME house was shown to the SAME appraiser???
