FYI……while the National Republican Army was not officially declared until this bombing , he may not have known about them , but I did ! I saw Llya Ponamrev a month ago on a 30 min interview DW news : Does Putin want to crush NATO…….ponamrev described in detail that the movement was active in Russia and mentioned specific sabotage events like the drone that ran in to the Oil facility a month ago , and said that they would be increasing their campaign against Putin/ Kremlin exponentially as time went on…..When I saw his 8 min video declaring them and their aims…..it lined up perfectly with what he said a month before !

The Cmdr. & Amb.'s assessments are fairly accurate as far as conventional warfare is concerned. The true "wild card" here is the Zaporizhzhia NPP. If & when the IAEA team gets in there, it's doubtful it will be allowed free rein to inspect the entire plant, or interview the Ukrainian workers without restraint, or the workers being under duress. Russia will not want the team to see what war materiele is on sight, exactly where it is, or to have unimpeded access to operating systems which may be compromised. The Ukrainian workers will be afraid to be completely open with the team, fearing Russian reprisals against themselves or their families. And what if the team DOES find damage which could result in some sort of leak or breach? Russia is displaying a callous disregard for any kind of radioactive occurrence, simply by parking explosives inside the nuclear reactor halls. If there's something wrong, chances are they'll promise to correct it, but do nothing. Are they simply going to up & leave? Of course not – the ZNPP is their nuclear shield. They need to be forced out, & there's just no military way to do that. Even if a peace agreement were reached, again, it's doubtful they would turn the plant back over to Ukraine fully. The plant is Putin's "ace in the hole", so to speak. He doesn't need to deploy his own nuclear weapons, as long as he's sitting on one of the largest nuclear facilities in the world. And he's going to stay there indefinitely, or until the place blows up, whichever comes 1st. He's got the entire world by the proverbial "short ones", & he ain't gonna let that go for nothin'. SLAVA UKRAINE!

For the life of me , I cannot understand how people could take up residence in a nuclear plant and determined to carry our exercises from there. The most disturbed person would even think about the outcome if something went wrong there.
