I was in Bend and the citizens there told me it will never happen there because their city is mostly white. ROFL
Why not just have an assigned armed police officer posted either inside or outside in their squad car at every large grocery chain? Like resource officers at schools, since those are the two main places for active shooters besides work. I used to work at a company where local police officers were posted at the front desk everyday because fired employees would always yell about coming back to shoot up the place.

I am very disappointed in Oregonians today. I find it hard to believe that not a single person in that store was conceal carrying and willing to neutralize the shooter. Unbelievable. This is what their poor decision led to. I bet those same Oregonians vote democrat too. Bad decisions are usually linked together.
