I never heard Russia say they weren't firing from the plant, only that they weren't firing ON the plant. Russia is going to fire on anybody shelling the plant and create a buffer zone around it.

That's not true.
I just watched a video of the commission talking a couple of hours ago. The Russians persuaded them to inspect the area and the station. By the way, the video even shows that the commission agrees, considering the damage and fragments, that these are American shells that do not belong to the Russian army. You can even hear their dialogue.
And now they say that the Russians are distracting the commission?
What's going on?
I hope Zelenskyy and his henchmen will be brought to justice for their numerous war crimes. When Ukraine is shelling a nuclear plant under Russian control, it's a step too far. It's called a nuclear terrorism. It reminds Hitler's Nero plan in 1945.
