Some of the documents recovered from Mar A Lago are so secret that they could not be removed from a SCIF unless they are handcuffed to an armed ODNI guard. These documents weren’t swept up in the end of term move because the guard would have shot the movers, so they were stolen well before the move. It's likely that Trump emptied the secret folders in his SCIF and used the secret cover to conceal the more valuable TOP SECRET/SCI documents so he could sneak them past the guard.
