Judge Cannon is clearly obstructing justice herself where there's an active investigation and seated grand jury pursuing all co-conspirators that stole TOP SECRET documents from two SCIFs and classified documents from 48 folders that are still missing. She granted relief without jurisdiction for a plaintiff that had no standing who filed defective briefing without substantiating fact or cite to controlling law. The ODNI and DOJ must quickly work together using all the documents to detect the fingerprints or DNA of persons illegally viewing documents and to catch these perpetrators of ESPIONAGE before they sell our secrets to our enemies or post them on the wall of his NYC bar.
Some of the documents recovered from Mar A Lago are so secret that they could not be removed from a SCIF unless they are handcuffed to an armed ODNI guard. These documents weren’t swept up in the end of term move because the guard would have shot the movers, so they were stolen well before the move. It's likely that Trump emptied the secret folders in his SCIF and used the secret cover to conceal the more valuable TOP SECRET/SCI documents so he could sneak them past the guard. The ODNI should have found the loose pages of the secret documents in the SCIF about the same time the TOP SECRET docs went missing. These severe violations of SCIF protocol should have been recorded in the SCIF logs. This cover up goes deeper than just trump and his lawyers who clearly conspired to conceal documents and obstruct the ODNI, DOJ, the grand jury and NARA. The obstruction charges can be proven with court filings alone. DOJ must arrest trump and his 3 lawyers for obstruction now so they can't sell the still missing secret and defense documents to the highest bidder or otherwise use them for commercial purposes, like displaying them at his 45 Bar in NYC.
