Russian bombs are raining down in eastern Ukraine, trapping several people under the rubble. Russia continues to hold on to much of the East but Ukraine is also on the attack. Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy said several villages have been recaptured. President Putin said Russia has “not lost anything” from the conflict.

I talked to a Russian-American citizen through my job today and he had some grim things to say about what the Russian people believe. He mentioned a lot about Russia and China banding together to start world war 3 against NATO. Putin has cancer, is sick and dying. Putin says if he dies everyone dies. It’s actually quite worrisome to hear how supportive he was about taking Ukraine’s land back and how careless he was about the deaths. Anyway, if it happens, good luck to you guys. I’m afraid for my kids of what the future holds.

Well President Putin I expected this sort of propoganda because you have no choice but to tell lies for domestic and foreign consumption. But Russia has lost massively in its economy and military. Let' start with one simple fact. Russia's Armed Forces have lost close to 100,000 men killed and wounded Mr. Putin. And as a result you've lost your propoganda as the 2nd most powerful military in the World. In the economy – Russia has lost approximately $300 billion out of $490 billion (2021) in exports. Two thirds. That will be difficult or impossible to replace over the next several years. Since your old customers are the richest and largest countries in the World. I'm not sure hundreds of smaller countries can absorb this difference. Likewise, imports lost amount to $170 billion out of $290 billion(2021) , another two thirds. Regards to Investments over 1,000 companies have left/stopped doing business with Russia according to Yale University report released in August, 2022. That's millions of jobs lost and more importantly access to the best technology and business practices in the World. That's a massive backward step for the Russian economy. In regards to Technology, Russia is hurting for microchips. Western sources stated they have found chips from refrigerators and dishwashers in Tanks captured by Ukraine. In today's World you can't run a modern economy without access to microchips. Don't look to China for replacement of chips. Chinese companies are afraid of secondary sanctions since all of the copyrights on those chips are controlled mostly by Western countries. Regarding Energy, which accounts for 60% of Russia's GDP, yes over the short term the high energy prices will help Russia Mr. Putin. But even here Russia has lost hundreds of billions. Because they've had to offload oil to China and India at discounts of 30% to market prices. That won't last long for two reasons. One, logistically it'll be a nightmare (and expensive) to ship all of this oil to China or India (takes 57 days for one ship) versus 2 – 5 days to Europe. Gas pipelines are absent to India or China. Will take years to build any. Moreover, eventually China and India will be forced to stop buying oil since they don't have enough storage facilities available once they are all full. Secondarily, depending on high oil prices is a fools game. Eventually demand will collapse due to recessions. Finally, President Putin, you've lost over 500,000 Russians who left Russia. Those are your brightest and best people who you can't afford to lose and it will rob Russia of it's future by their absence. Finally, Russia in 2021 was the #11 GDP economy in the World. Even with Russia's recent propoganda massaged statistics, being put out by Russia's Central Bank – which shows a massive drop for the economy, Russia will be lucky to crack the top 20 (GDP) economies of the World next year. All of this adds up to what Yale School of Management Report states that Russia's economy is "heading toward oblivion". So tell us Mr. Propaganda about what you think about that "… Russia Has Not Lost Anything…" – LOL.
If Russia is earning more money from oil right now than before, then this should be a wake up call for the west that the rest of the world can rely on each other.
