The Pharmaceutical companies and hospitals are the biggest problem. They got the drugs started somewhere. That is where accountability needs to be.

May I suggest that your perspective on this situation is flawed. The Dems are doing the things they do by design. They intend for these things to happen or believe that the ends justify the means; fentanyl deaths are acceptable collateral damage for their open border policy. People who do insane things, over and over, are in fact insane; you will never convince them otherwise, they will not change. The only solution that will actually fix the problems in this country is for complete control of congress and the administration by Republicans.
