Ask yourselves why the Dems didn't exercise Article III and move off Alito and Thomas; they can remain in the pool of judges, but they're not guaranteed where they serve. Judges are moved all the time. The Dems chose to not go this route because they think Roe will help them keep Congress.
Personally, I hope the Dems keep the Senate and lose the House, because I'm f-ing sick of Dem spending and GOPster judges.

I have completed many many many polls!!!!! and abortion is NOT my first choice but I am a progressive democrat and 70 years old, so abortion is as important as every issue the dems stand for. These republicans are out to lunch. There is a blue wave coming and I hope they drown in it!
