Surveillance video and police body camera footage captured the moments when a man opened fire on police and bystanders in Phoenix which ended in two people dead and multiple others injured. The footage was edited and released by the Phoenix Police Department which included the blurring, highlights and details of the incident.

How sad and frustrating for the families of the victims. Man. And the fact that they aren't going to be able to have answers for this, because he was a coward who took his own life. I'm so angry just thinking about this cowardly act and how he cowardly took his own life. But. He is God's to deal with now and he won't be getting away with what he did. God bless those people injured and the families of the deceased.
