Sorry but US intelligence knew and warned EVERYONE … They said it publicly weeks beforehand. All the while Putin denied and said no no I won't do that .. the US showed satellite imagery showing Putin placing more and more troops at the border as he denied it (classic Russian propaganda technique, believe as they say not as they do). Ukraine didnt think that it could happen or that Putin would dare. The UN members said the US was inserting fear for no reason. When he says "noone knew." The US knew and warned you and everyone else…. US foreign intelligence is highly advanced …. They announced it at record speed and noone believed them. They knew the Russians would murder, rape and destroy propel and cities. How many lives could have been saved if the warning would have been taken seriously and people evacuated?
