These cops are very incompetent. First with the massacre at the school, they were ordered NOT to go into the classroom to save the students and confront the shooter even though he was eventually killed. Now they were not able to stop this?! This is just bad. The 2nd Amendment needs to be revoked. But we do have to understand that in terms of money, Uvalde is a very poor community. They are wide open to things like this happening.
