The US or EU should help Ukraine to purchase additional 400,000 military rifles for its reservists or for the Ukrainian volunteers, who want to join the Ukrainian armed forces to protect and to help local citizens in the newly regained territories and to fortify its long borders with Russia and Belarus in order to free up any combat units so they can continue counteroffensive without slowing down. I think the newly trained soldiers can carry out all the tasks in the liberated areas. Thus, the US or EU should earmark around 500 million dollars for this purpose.
