Pay your employees. It's simple an employee should get a raise every year to match inflation and a raise on top of that for staying with the company and adding value. Why would anyone do more work for less wage value. If I made 100k in 2020 and make 100k this year my value has decreased 20 percent. Therefore I will do 20 percent less work for that 100k. Up my wages 20 percent I will do the job I did in 2020. Why is it a priority for the business to become more profitable year after year and not the employees becoming more profitable year after year?
I don't entirely agree with this logic. Capitalism is not all great, some of these big corporations do some super shady things to thier customers to increase revenue. I was in sales for a large telecommunications company and I left because it was no longer about helping customers, it was about just increasing sales no matter what

Employers aren’t really sympathetic to the rising energy costs for employees transporting to work in big cities where it’s unsafe to take public transit. They want employees to pick up the slack for this awful economic turmoil.
No one wants to talk about compounding interest on student loans. All we know is that you borrow 500 dollars of you future money.

Millennials are of the age group that are in positions of power and decision making in the work force. And they suck!! People with quality work ethics do not agree with policies in place and how employees are being treated. When this country is back to being something that is envied by the world and patriotically protected. Only then will you see labor force go back up. People are not willing to contribute to the destruction of our country and support this administration. Those not at work are preparing!
It’s about making a decent living I don’t care much about serving people just to serve people and to buy someone else a beach house
If your job is sitting at a computer all day. I'd rather be home doing it. That wasted reality can be rented out. Putting cash back into company to expand in other areas/companies.
