Roger Golubski, a former Kansas City, Kansas Police Department detective was arrested after a grand jury filed an indictment in which he faces at least six counts of deprivation of civil rights for offenses dating back to at least 1998. KSHB reports.

Used to work security at a bar/club…near police academy we were allowed to do anything if we saw anyone flash a badge or if we overheard them saying to a woman am a police officer…often they would thank us and we next day would show video to commandant
