Nothing against the guy, but I spot talent when I see them… And I see an average batsman in Green, very average – he wont be a world beater, but the excitement surrounding him atm is insane – Overhyped and Overrated, not his fault though… – He might as well be a top Captain in the future, as it requires a different set of skills… But people comparing him to Kallis makes me puke… Green cannot Bat at the highest level – not skilled enough..!
Edit: Let's compare this dude to Jason Holder. That's a more realistic target to aim for

Langer needs to do a lot of work on his batting-it is vital that is good enough to be the long term number six & he can be a second change or fifth bowler. Head is also somebody Langer needs to teach patience to for tests-he has all the shots & can be a great number 5, but those crazy charges down the wicket need to stop.

Green is someone that makes me feel strange as a SA fan and Jacques Kallis being my all time fave cricketer and hero. Green has all the ability in the world to be at Kallis and Sobers level by the end of his career. Very very elite club, I'm actually watching Australian internationals due to Labaschagne and Green, strange feeling. Second that if he lives up to potential he is a legend in the making.
