The problem is nowadays street homeless are fentanyl addicts, and street encampments are open air drugs markets brewing all sorts of crime. They gradually destroy everything around themselves while police does nothing about it. We will never reduce street homelessness without reducing the amount of fentanyl drug available on our streets. It's everywhere, and dirt cheap. Many will die from overdose, or drugs related violence that's fueling our skyrocketing homicides rate.
What? Humanitarians? Send some humanitarians here to Texas because we are in dire need of people with morals ethics and compassion!
The schools nearby need to get their kids out there and help that man show them how community service can give smiles
