Having been in Real Estate, even the people that come for those inspections often expect "something" for a positive result. This runs very deep.

I would think that if you would eliminate overdraft fees that that might create a problem rather than fix a problem. Now I will tell you I am poor monetarily wise. But God did give me a brain and if every Bank eliminates overdraft fees then each person would not feel like they are held accountable so therefore they would overdraw on purpose.

Not only that the banks don't even give you interest on your money that's in the bank anymore they don't even want you to open up a bank account because they can just steal your money a lot easier if you are checking account over drawers like you said and guess what Obama bailed out the banks but the banks are still practicing the same aggressive when you can't afford it they get you the most when you got the money in the bank they're real nice to you but when that money is gone that's when they come after you the most they pray on the weakest of people because they know they can get away with it once again government is responsible for this because they allow the banks to do this they took the kick backs and we pay the price as usual
Banks have far too much power. This cannot go unchecked any longer. Audit them and break them up. They are not Banks anymore. They're bullies.
Chase: the bank that fenagled it's way to many states around the country that forced custodial parents to take support through their card UNLESS you were tenacious enough to discover the loophole AND demand not to have to take their card. BUT would charge these parents every time they checked to see if support had been deposited- which was very dicey when support was spotty and you didn't know when it would come in, IF it was coming in. Nope. Never trusted them, never will.
