  1. 100 million dollars deducted from the city budget for the man

  2. This case right here makes me sick to my stomach it's sad I truly hope this family finds justice. Does it really have to take something like this for there to be seatbelts in the back of law enforcement transport vehicles. There's seatbelts in the front seats for the officers why not a prisoner which has every equal right as they do just because of someone's arrest record nobody should be rightless he had his rights and didn't receive them again I'm so sorry to the man that went through this horrific thing and to the family that has to live with this forever. God is good you will get peace

  3. And this is why no one likes the Police sorry not sorry.

  4. Unfortunate accident that happened to that criminal

  5. Justice for Jucie!!!

  6. We all need to think why what he did to get in back of that van he might have killed someone but all they want to do is bring color into it

  7. this black man crump, speaking.. is he slow?

  8. Connecticut is a mess , corruption is out of control, judges are putting people in jail to hide the embezzlement crimes and attempted murder crimes of the City of Stamford Board of Ethics to conceal crimes against public safety and our utility companies.

  9. This makes me furious.

  10. The Baltimore pigs did that to Freddy Grey. They intentionally give him "a rough ride" and broke his neck. The pigs in Baltimore all walked. No one charged.

  11. Hateful and mentally disturbed cops love giving people large settlements due to their negligence. Taxpayers have to pay it that is why they are a liability. Like the women hit by the train while in back of the squad car. Ridiculous

  12. bro didnt know how to keep his stance, is he even black? he fell on his head because he wanted to !! he wanted to blame to police so much that he intentionally fell and hurt himself.

  13. Stamford Police are abusing citizens and murdering us to hide their crimes with the government.

  14. Department of corrections is Weaponized to cause harm to many good people with primitive medieval actions and government abuse. The real criminals are The politicians and the judges

  15. My God! You call this rubbish news?! Vomitous

  16. Sick cops! What happened in the car was only an accident. But what happened afterwards… Treating an injured person like a sack of potatoes! It´s disgusting!

  17. Even after the accident, when the man was on the floor of the van hurt he was treated very roughly. Shoved into a wheelchair. Everyone that was there should be held responsible. Committing a crime, innocent until proven guilty doesn’t mean you get treated worse than a dog. I am a Connecticut resident and appalled at the actions of everyone at that scene.

  18. Hope you keep us updated on what happens in the case!

  19. Eye for an eye. Find these pigs.

  20. I usually try to avoid being put in the back of a police van. I wonder why he was being put there

  21. 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂

  22. How dare them not put his seatbelt on him. Those m😶er f😶ers, man I'll take them on a ride without a seatbelt in my car and they'll wish they'd never been born 🦖💨🚀👻🗽🥳🤠🙀🆘6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣

  23. they need to be in prison too

  24. I'VE BEEN IN THOSE VANS IN A DIFFERENT STATE AND THEY ARE TORTURE CHAMBERS AND EXTREMELY UNSAFE!!!☹️👎☹️👎

  25. he needs to talk about all them black teens up in Philadelphia looting that store

  26. Every day I’m seeing a more outrageous story about a police department yesterday a simple road rage that should’ve been a ticket turned into a woman being left on the road road tracks and struck by an oncoming train while handcuffed in the backseat of a police car and today this story it is illegal to ride around without a seatbelt but they placed this man in the back of a police van in handcuffs with no seatbelt and he’s paralyzed when are the laws gonna be changed when The taxpayers are no longer responsible for police officers negligence

  27. American police are so horrible especially when they are dealing with black folks. Please American police I taught you guys claim to be pro life didn't your Bible taught you how to do unto others what you would like them to do unto you. Why are you a death squad to the black population in America. No respect for life or you think you are dealing with animals even animals deserve some respect and decency. Please flush out all the KKK, white supremacist and white nationalist in your country police force only then are we going to stop hearing and seeing this terrible evils.

  28. This case sickens me. When I saw how he was treated after the injury and how he must have suffered under the hands of the heartless, the cruelty is absolutely sickening. This kid may have had a chance had he not been manhandled and ignored like he was. I hope he is able to live as positive a life, with as much quality care that money can afford.
For those of you who say, don't break the law and this won't happen. The last time I checked his offense wasn't punishable by a lifetime of paralyzes.

  29. Why is he not looking in his eyes…THIS will happen again

  30. The problem is that its the taxpayer who pay instead of the police union. Until the police union are held liable for the actions of its members the police will not police the police.

  31. Everyone gets a free TV

  32. Who hire these dumb cops?

  33. Was it an intentional fast stop designed to further harass the prisoner?

  34. "He wasn't wearing his seatbelt." That statement sounds as if the blame is on him. You can't exactly buckle yourself in when you're handcuffed. If you asked the cops to buckle you in, they most likely laugh and slam the door. I don't think LEOs ever have people wearing seatbelts? There's plenty of videos of people being tossed around while handcuffed in the back of a cruiser, even during high speeds on the freeway. Seatbelts save lives!
About 25 years ago, my cousin was in a car accident at age 16. They were on a residential street (so it wasn't a high-speed impact), and he had taken off his seatbelt because he was almost home. A semi-truck hit them, and my cousin flew through the windshield. His brain was swelling so bad, that they had to operate and literally remove half of it. He went from a very intelligent and athletic teenager to having the mental ability of a toddler in the blink of an eye. He had to re-learn everything, even language, and things we take for granted like how to bathe. I remember seeing a detailed list in the bathroom (that my aunt wrote for him) of every single body part to wash! He became special needs (even with the remarkable ability of the brain to rewire itself) and will never be able to lead an independent adult life. He lives in a group home with other adults needing care/ supervision. The driver, who was wearing a seatbelt, only suffered bruising, cuts, and a broken arm. Please wear your seatbelts & make sure your loved ones do too!

  35. Every chance to attack the police then wonder why crime is skyrocketing.

  36. Crump the ambulance chaser

  37. Police departments will definitely lose funding if they get sued constantly over poor processing protocols that injure the suspect. Very unfortunate for both parties…

  38. They knew this was messed up, this needs to be sought help ASAP! Thank you for continuing to cover this 🙏🏽
