Chuck Todd has been the best choice for moderator since the death of Tim Russert. Certainly Tom Brokaw and David Gregory are excellent newsman. But Chuck’s expertise in politics and analytical skills make him a singular choice. I hope he plans on staying on for quite some time.

Rebuilding at sea level is unwise. This is just the first major hurricane of the season. Anything within 30ft of sea level will be gone within our lifetime. It will not be preventing climate change but how to survive climate change that will be every countries priority going forward. And it will not be called climate change, but earth changes. As we start to see new land / islands forming.
