  1. The Railroads have Had MASSIVE profits for the last several years. Yet they continue to run their staff short handed. They have a disastrous policy for sick time which threaten the majority of their seasoned operators job security. Union Pacific has a COE that is the most inept leader the rail system has ever had. His short term profit goal is going to blow up on the railroad. IF it wasn't for the Governments Transportation rules, Establish Long ago (no credit to this administration), the crews would not get ANY rest time off.

  2. They deserve this and more. I pray they can rest and be with their families. 🙏

    Thank you.

  3. Republicans have to spend their money over to give it all over where the companies and business that are over how much money they have been saving but you already know of the Wall Street that are over how much money they have you can see it under to the below that I have billions and trillions of dollars especially that if you can see it in the top of it right there there's a number right there that is the less of American going to get every employees every other company and every of well let me say this many of businesses and cleaning the tiny little business that are of where to have make of America like manufacturers and jobs and new jobs and especially that well let me say so so I need to tell that a congress in a republican instead of one of those States how much money they have I don't know I already know but you should know this already

PS everyone two language four three countries and the rest that you already know I am a disability

  4. This is deception.
September 29 the railroad unions will vote on striking. No agreement has been agreed on.

  6. Biden raped my 401k and crypto. I'm voting with my wallet. #FJB #AmericaLast

  7. $1000 bonus and time off for medical appointments.

Meanwhile in the UK. Rail strikes so they can feed their kids and put the heating on.

  8. Everyone is voting no. It’s not over

  9. They should fight to get rid of that point system it designed to treat employees like robots. Life events do happen in life.

  10. I wish the trucking industry was going to go on strike the US would crumble without us truckers on a backbone of America during the pandemic we supplied the shelves in the store and now we get the middle finger from almost everybody I'll quickly what we did is for tonight the lack of respect the lack of pay the lack of disregard truck drivers deserve more pay but continually are overlooked

  11. RAILROAD CREW 2022 ??

    We're just a railroad crew

    Racing down the track

    Far from our families

Who will kiss us when we're back.

    We're running by the river

    She’s flowing muddy brown

    Everywhere, someone

    Hears our haunting sound.

As we glide across a silver bridge

    Above the Mighty Mo.

What we'll see when we look down

    We never really know.

Behind us on those rolling wheels

Are a hundred cars of coal

If we should jump the rail

Then God shall judge our soul.

    When we reach the station

    We’ll head for the hotel

Crawl in bed all by ourselves

    And dream until the bell.

  12. I still can't believe the world was on "lockdown" ..
    Ya'll know thats a prison term……?

  13. Hopefully these HARDWORKING Americans are able to get a fair reasonable living wage and fair reasonable working conditions

  14. It'll still happen as the agreement really has nothing good for the workers so they'll quit

  15. A thousand dollar bonus a year . Lol they sold out cheap.

  16. The railroad workers deserve complete respect and time off work so they can spend time with family or just rest. They deserve a huge income bc they are what keeps this country alive. If their demands aren't met then they should strike. Until they get the care they all have earned

  17. Need a total workforce strike.

  18. If unionized workers have to strike & fight tooth & nail to get what’s owed them,
just think about the treatment low skill non union workers receive. 🇺🇸🗽🔥

  19. Media mind control

  21. I have a feeling this is not over. This administration has a habit of putting the cart before the horse.

  22. During Donald trump 2020-2021 was the railroad working anyway anywhere , or a credit from the White House for a free ride to the grave from Donald Trump …..

  23. This is a Tentative Deal not set in stone. Members now get roughly 30 days to vote on the matter. We got one personal day added. A spit in the face. Railroaders already could take non payed days off, through either an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or a 10 day Leave Of Absence. ALL unpayed let me remind you. During covid we ALL showed up to work, when we were out 10-14 days we only got payed 3-5 days from the company, rest was 60-80% through a bunch of loopholes with the RailRoad Retirement Board. This whole deal is a joke. Feels like betrayal to be honest

  24. my president đź’™ đź’™ đź’™

  25. The railroad are fucked this is no win !

  26. We're still in a pandemic .

  27. Tentative. Without ratification means nothing. Rail workers don’t care about the pay. They want to have time off, 90 percent of their lives on call 24/7 365 is what they deal with and unacceptable. How about fixing that issue. STAND STRONG VOTE NO

  28. Surprised he didn’t say they should get food stamps.

  29. could he possibly be any more stupid

  30. CHOO CHOO up your a… MAGA!!!

  31. Did I hear NO sick days on this tentative deal? All they mentioned was pay increases.

  32. Rail workers do not travel for travel across the country on freight trains. Each crew runs trains over their division and no further. I was on the Boston and Albany railroad part of Conrail/ CSX and ran trains from beacon park rail yard to Selkirk, NY a distance of 200 miles. Other railroads have longer divisions up to 300-400 miles depending on track speed. But no freight crew travels for “ several days “. Two or three at most. When Conrail sent a system tie gang onto our division it hadn’t seen a system tie gang in over 20+ years and track speed had gone from 60 MPH to 30 MPH, they also dropped thousands of tons of new ballasts to raise the track out of the sand and mud the track had turned into plus installing new 132 pound rail to replace the joined rail from the 50’s. Massive difference is riding ability freight speed went to 50 and passenger ( Amtrak ) went to 60. Beacon park was wedged in between the mass turnpike and simply wasn’t upgradable as the property hah increased in value 10 fold so Conrail sold the yard and moved all operations to Worcester as the eastern end of TV and piggyback operations. From Worcester east to Boston the railroad was sold to the MBTA that operated the commuter lines. One regular customer we have is a paper company that is the sole supplier to the the feds to print all the paper money we use daily. Three to four boxcars a day. No I will not disclose their location as the feds get their paper for printing paper money from one supplier only. That I believe is the longest continuous freight customer we have on the old B&A.

  33. Now what doom and gloom stories are the news networks going to focus on ? I said all along there was not going to be a strike . You know if the news outlets had it their way there would have been a strike so they would have had something to report on. I am sure they are all upset because they don't know what their next "what if" story is going to be.

  34. seems like a political ploy to give the potato a so called "WIN" before no v e m ber.

  35. It’s really a 22% increase, but with the “bonuses” added (which they will tax the hell out of).

  36. No they would of raised freight prices an it would of helped out the trucking industry that is at the altime worst! Fuel is still high an freight is flat on its face cheap.

  37. Joe trying anything before the midterms hahaha
