Former President Donald Trump is suing CNN, accusing the network of defamation for using labels like racist, insurrectionist, and Hitler. Trump is seeking $475 million dollars in punitive damages claiming CNN carried out a “campaign of libel and slander.” NBC News’ Danny Cevallos reports.

2. Donald Trump claimed that the 2020 was stolen. There were numerous irregularities observed in those hotly contested states such as Pennsylvania. Instead of using investigative journalism to find out the truth, there were zero effort by mass media to find out whether Democrats were really cheating during the election. From Washington Post to NY Times, CNN to NBC, they simply asserted that Donald Trump “falsely claimed the election was stolen”. Period. No investigation even to the now famous Biden’s curve. While we are not suggesting that the 2020 election is crooked in favour of Biden, it is worthwhile for mainstream mass media to get to the bottom of this case. Many US voters doubted the legitimacy of the Biden administration. If US spent millions of dollars to ensure fair election in Iraq & Afghanistan, why no one in mass media care about the fairness of the 2020 election? Indeed, unfair election in 2020 and Hunter Biden became forbidden words in mainstream mass media. Mainstream media seem to forget that they are supposed to report the truth and they are making themselves the propaganda apparatus of Democrats. If the election was really fraudulent, mainstream media may assist to send a mentally decayed old man to the White House to manage the most powerful country in the world facing challenges from axes of evil. Under mainstream mass media and Democrats, US is moving towards the path of China and Russia: hatred of free speech, cannot tolerate different opinions, big government, weaponizing legal means & IRS to attack political opponents etc. You have a AG of NY devoted full time to attack Donald Trump. Apparently she forgets that her duties are to serve the people of NY, not for her personal vendetta. In short, mass media & Democrats are extremely efficient in destroying the fundamental values upon which this great Republic is built.
The mainstream mass media devoted all their energies to attack Donald Trump during and after his presidency & portrayed Trump like “an enemy of the state”, a “racist” and “sexist”. So why mainstream media hatred Trump that much. The major reason is that Donald Trump exposed the biased reporting & false news spread by mainstream mass media. Only 36% US adults trusted mass media (Source: Politics as of Oct/21) and this figure is decreasing rapidly in 2022. Two cases to illustrate this point. 1. Hunter Biden: No mass media is taking the lead to investigate what is inside Hunter Biden’s laptop and his real relationship with China. It is confirmed that he received money from CCP through his association with a Chinese energy company. You have a son of the President of the US that received money from a country that threatened to use nuclear weapon to wipe out LA but mainstream media kept silent. (TBC)
