The Queen would NEVER knock a glass with her dinner knife! Especially to tell someone, in the middle of a meal at the table, that they were "talking in the wrong direction" (which is what it is called, btw). I think she was retelling an SNL skit, rather than an actual encounter with The Queen (did she even really hold the job she said she had?)–there is something very off and completely unbelievable about this whole piece. Did anyone fact check it??

The naivete and unpreparedness of this ABC reporter aside–"lying in state" has been going on as long as recorded history. And not only in Britain. Even in the US, our Presidents lie in State before their funeral. Not sure why she seems so shocked at today's events.
