Six men and six women were sworn in a New York City court for the civil trial against Kevin Spacey who stands accused of sexual abuse. The alleged incident happened in 1986 when the accuser, actor Anthony Rapp, was just 14 years old. NBC News’ Ron Allen reports.

I personelly believe that if someone is sexually assaulted and traumatized by the incident they should come forward right away and if they do not come forward right away then the incident did not either happen or traumatized them at all. All of the me too movement came forward 10 to 30 years after there alleged incident and they all asked for money
If rapp or anyone else was truly seeking justice for an incident that happened 10, 20, or even 30 years ago they would not be asking for money and in this case 40 million dollars
Rapp IMDB page shows only two staring rolls one is star trek discovery and the other is Scrap 2022 /II. There were a lot of acting rolls before his allegation about Kevin Spacey but now not so much and Rapp knows it that is why he is seeking 40 millions because his acting days are drying up fast. These trials and allegations are never about justice ( given the long time frame from when the alleged act happened and when it was reported) Rapp is seeking 40 million dollars WOW now tell me it is not about the money. If Spacey is found innocent of all charges he could sue Rapp for defamation and Rapp career would be over. ( not that it already over) most all of the people during this me too movement that make allegations are no longer acting in large rolls anymore, which is kind of what I expected, Studios and Directors will not hire any actor who was involved in a sexual misconduct incident due to the possibility of another incident on there movie set or an even greater problem with bad publicity that would go along with the actor promoting the movie world wide. At any rate it would appear that Hollywood is no longer the power house it use to be before the me too movement screwed things up. Now Amazon and Netflix Also Hulu are now the predominant production studios along with China, I also believe that Rapp acting role on star track discovery will be killed off in the series or the series will just stop altogether in order for the studio to protect itself from any other issues relating to Rapp. Thanks and good luck to all

That's gonna be tough to prove if the accuser is right. Wasn't there also an actor who thought that Spacey was getting too friendly with his son. Can't remember details tho or where I heard of it.
