Federal agents believe they have a plausible case to charge Hunter Biden with tax crimes and with lying on a gun application when he said he was not using illegal drugs, The Washington Post reported citing people familiar with the case. NBC News has not confirmed the report. NBC News’ Ken Dilianian has the latest details.
