And I wasn’t able to cancel PPAL online. I had to call them. They have a COOKIE consent popup they want you to click ok. And if you don’t you are blocked from access. Also sites are puSHIng Apps instead of using their own sites. And links and other features DO NOT WORK unless you upgrade your phone and update s0 ft ware. I believe WiFi is necessary to dl apps and software updates.
So this nuisance, these inconveniences, the extra expense and the hoops one has to jump thru leaves one with no choice but to pushback on overreaching control.

Pretty sure a "fine" is meant to be punishment for trouble with the law. Pay pal has no authority in the matter of fines. They should be charged with impersonation of law enforcement. Fees, surcharges, penalties, late charges or whatever are a different story.
