Never subpoena Trump until you already know the answers to the questions you want him to answer, so he has great difficulty weasling out of the answers. I think the Committee has those answers now. Trouble is DOJ let Meadows avoid his subpoena so Trump will plead the Meadows defence to avoid testifying. Just indict him, NOW.

Obviously when you're talking about Jan 6, you'd want to interview Trump under oath. This should've been done LONG ago. But this whole vote to subpoena Trump with a month to go until election day is bogus and a political stunt. The committee is basically saying, vote for Dems to hold the House or you'll never hear Trump's interview. Maybe some people are that gullible as to what the committee is trying to do. Some of us know better.
