IMO, she is a corrupt monster. She took the money to be a cop, but failed to uphold her end of the bargain. Then she just blows people off lost kids and actually helped people stop from going in for their kid.

That's how corrupt cops are in this country. They can cause absolute chaos, and potentially commit crimes as an officer and then just resign and get a job as a cop in another state. The police are a terrorist, socially funded federal group. They kill thousands of innocent people every single year, and have almost no accountability. The law only works for certain people in this country, and it certainly isn't the poor.
