She made anyone who was in her company feel like family…within minutes you would forget that along side of you is a world renown icon. I first met Loretta Lynn when I was 11 years old, and she was wonderful and gave me a hug. Years later we chatted again and she remembered me. My heart is broken, but I am in good company along with millions of fans who share my sorrow.
A a wonderful lady in every sense. I was fortunate to be on stage with her when I was 11yo at a small venue in Denver CO. I can’t remember the song but remember her as one if my fondest memories.

my first recollection of watching Loretta Lynn Coal Miner's Daughter I remember watching the biography of her life with Sissy Spacek and Tommy Lee Jones. Thus happy and humbled to procure duets of Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty tender hearted ballads sexy double entendre.
I didn't realize she composed her own material. Don't fully appreciate sometimes until they're gone.
