  1. Forza Meloni 🇮🇹 riprendiamocci il paese From California we love you

  2. Wherever these projects go up, problems follow That's the truth

  3. Smdh. Rich people being racist.

  4. Define " affordable housing " in California probably 4 k a month above national statistics

  5. Deadlines call the deadline for a reason.

  6. For this neighborhood's concern, just hope Abott and DeSanti send migrants to this place.

  7. “Builders Remedy” I love it. I wonder who’s oversight this was😅

  8. They rather have homeless people living in the street…

  9. Well poor people if the rich don't want to share then take it one way or another if that's how they want to play the game times have changed

  10. I have been criticized for both me and my husand having a 6 figure incomes, and for owning more than one property. I and my husband have been tenants, and we planned on making that life style to be TEMPORARY. We both worked VERY hard to het where we are. And the Anti-Lanlord rhetoric by the media, politicians people who choose to be LIFER tenants, are pushing for 800k units to be given for free.
Landlords have to take it when theor tenants take advantage, fail to pay rent and under SB187 will be give $$ after being evicted, even when they have failed to pay the rent. Luxory Hotel rooms are being comendering by governments for the homeless.

So yes, if someone has worked hard to buy by the water and can afford PRIME real estate, I won't criticize, I applaud.

  11. The California government is about as close to communism as any state in America.

  12. How dare these peasants want to live someplace where they can go outdoors and get some sunshine or relax at the beach! Letting them just think about it while they clean my toilets and my pool is good enough.

  13. It’s absurd that cities are forced to allow low income housing.

If you can’t afford to live there, live somewhere else. All these laws do is increase crime in nicer areas.

  14. Why should lower income individuals get an ocean view? Yeah affordable housing needs to exist in ever city, but can you imagine if you said everyone in Southern California has a right to a beach front property or ocean view? It’s literally impossible to give everyone an ocean view. That’s a fact. That’s an asinine argument. I suggest rethinking that argument if you care to be effective.

  15. When I couldn’t afford to live somewhere, I moved to a place where I could afford. Lesson – work smarter and harder and maybe one day I could live where I want. It’s a sin to covet.

  16. In the Caribbean where I'm from, our family home is next to the ocean. Trust me, it is not all that it is cracked up to be, we are the first to feel the negative side effects of storm surges.
You are better off as far away from the ocean as possible.

  17. Why doesn't this community approve various living structures in various price ranges?

  18. Time for the city of Redondo Beach to feel the burden of section 8, like every other city.

  19. One million homeless and one million illegals added to a town that can support one million already there. Liberal logic, build somewhere else.

  20. I do not want them in my town.

  21. God California home owners absolutely make my skin crawl, not every residential area has to be zoned for single family housing.

  22. The plant owner just got nbc to lobby for his mega mall apartment complex lmao all he had to do was say a tiny portion of it is for poor people lmao.

  23. THE GOVERNOR NEEDS TO HIKE THE TAXES OF THE SUPER RICH IN ORDER TO ASSIST THE BLUE COLLAR WORKING COMMUNITY.

  24. All of this brought to you by the fed keeping interest rates too low for too long. There needs to be more accountability for central banks around the world. They are truly enemies of the people.

  25. @ 5:34 – race and class in America ( a structural issue ). In communist China, they would just build better new beaches and cities – problem fixed (literally within 5 years). In socialist Singapore, they build nicer public "club" houses. Both countries have public and private hospitals but most people prefer public hospitals for the money.

  26. According to the Redondo Beach Coucilman poor people should have a complete an unobstructed view of the desert and be blindfolded immediately when approaching the Beach. The nerve of these peasants thinking they're entitled to an Oceanview.

  27. So basically because I'm rich I deserve to not ever see poverty or any reality other than "beauty".

  28. Redondo , good they are racist there .
