President Joe Biden announced that millions can now apply for student debt relief through the portal application. Biden said eight million people have applied for debt relief so far. Individuals making less than $125,000 will qualify for $10,000 in relief and students who had Pell grants will be eligible for an additional $10,000 in relief.

I have paid 10 years and yet no public service forgiveness still..imagin if there was no cOVID relief I would be still paying for my loan that should have already been forgiven.. …they keepstalling transferring from one loan servicer to another.. that is why one must keeep paper records and I did just that from the beginning because I knew all this chaos would start when one gets close to forgiveness due to WORKING to SERVE the PUBLIC!
