A couple of things? Let's see if I got this right. Are democrats leading with another human's life to be taken? Biden is clarifying what a hypocrite he is because he is Catholic, how perfect! Since we are balanced and fair in this country my question is who is paying for these abortions? Us taxpayers? What if you are pro-life do we get a tax credit, since I personally to have nothing to do with ending the life of an unborn child? Does the Dad who wants the baby have any rights, or will his DNA just be swept away not requiring his signature? Since our president is making this decision, is he going against the rights of every Man in the country to have a say?
All immigrates will want to do after accepting Mexico visa is wait 6 months, go across any border and go right back to Mexico. Then wait there again for six months if need be till they get their court date for asylum claim in U S.. However, asylum claim is first thing they must do when crossing US border is claim asylum. Visa in Mexico is not asylum and lasts 6 months if Mexico agrees.
Females in the work force are looking for more flexibility like working from home, well if you truly want equality then men should have that same flexibility and if your working from home and not interacting with the boss then it stands to reason your not on some ones radar for advancement within the company, your looked upon as a absent worker doing your job, It is all about common sense if you want that promotion then you have to be more active with your supervisors
Study finds woman in leadership rolls leave there jobs for better pay, flexibility, and equality. I guess the me too movement was not as successful as everyone thought. Look if woman want to be treated as equals then they need to get use to the same treatment men go through every day. This segment of this news broadcast makes it sound like woman are being treated unfairly, when in reality they are being treated the same as men. I am not a sexist by any means but people should understand and realize that what they wish for or want in a job is not always what they will get, No man opens the door for them anymore, no man pays them a compliment anymore and no company gives them special treatment over men anymore. This is called equality in the work place, something woman have wanted for a long time well now you got it and you (woman) don't like it so they move to a better job and then another better job until one day future employers realize there is a pattern and will not hire them, and the excuse the company will use for not hiring then is "your not a good fit for our company" and at this point woman will start complaining that they are treated unfairly on the job. After the me-too movement shook up Hollywood woman have become a liability for companies to hire for fear of some type of sexual harassment law suit down the road, If you even look at a woman the wrong way they may sue you or at least file a complaint. So in order for companies to protect themselves they just do not hire woman. I have about 10 people I know of who own companies that employ over 50k in workers and all of them say since the me-too movement law suits they are choosing not to hire woman at all to protect there company they also say one or two sexual law suits would shut there company down for good So they just will not risk it. In closing I would just add that although the me-too movement that involved Hollywood may have taken some players off the field so to speak but it has done more damage to woman in the work place as a whole then any other time in history and the woman who came into the work force after the Hollywood movement are finding it more difficult to work in these environments then any other time in history and it will continue to be this way for years to come as companies adopt these types of behavior permanently. And I do not say this as a bad issue but rather a new fact of life for woman in the work force. And one more thing almost all the woman who came forward during the Hollywood incident were are they now they are not working in Hollywood anymore because director do not want to hire them for fear that the movie that was made with them in it when the promotional tour starts it will be a lot of bad press.
