Parler was co-founded by the daughter of Robert Mercer of Breitbart fame, who I assume has majority control of Parlement Technologies Inc. George Farmer is the face of the company. Everything seems like a smoke screen. Ye is "buying" a company owned by a heiress who quite clearly is not giving over full control.
