What men have become fragile little cowards that can't accept that women are strong and beautiful and cannot be controlled, despite how much they try. That, like my brother told me when I was little we can do anything men can do, and do it better than they can in most cases, and their only recourse has been violence; as if violence is the only thing they've ever been taught, when it's more violence is the thing they chose to pay attention to.
