That's a nice sentiment, but it only takes one side to start a war. Extreme partisanship in America is the fault of one party, and that is the Republicans. Democrats have made countless attempts to compromise with Republicans, but Republicans are the ones who refused compromise. If we want a reduction in partisanship then we need to punish those who are really responsible for it. The Democrats deserve our vote, Republicans do not.
