– gel pad to reduce fever
– pedalyte ( frozen sticks)
– team work, lots of patience and sick for one of us. Other does errands and quick meals .
People have been reallly careful not to expose their new babies and young children to COVID for the last two years, and I'm willing to bet they've lessened their concerns, especially now school is in session again, and that's why we're having an increase of RSV. Their immune systems would've already experienced this over the last two years if we hadn't been so careful, but now everyone is getting it all at once & that's why it's spreading quicklyl. Just hope it calms down soon. We'll see.

Kids get sick, more so in the colder months. You deal with it every year as a parent. Literally nothing in this video is new; I’ve been all for Covid precautions but I’m not enjoying the way common illnesses are being sensationalized. Finding a couple examples of kids with unusually sever symptoms if just concerted reporting, not a spike in cases. Hospitals are short staffed and have been. Some kids are prone to more severe symptoms than others. It’s especially scary as a new parent but you lean to deal with it or life can’t go on.
Good alert but as a respiratory therapist please understand……in baby’s yeah be on top of it and see your PCP but for the most part and I. Young kids it just has to pass. Not much you can do except listen to the cough and lose sleep
